Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return

1. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Any clothing items with signs of makeup, perfume, or any damage from their original condition will not be eligible for return.

To start a return, you can contact us at modishedit@gmail.com attached with your order number, name, items to return, and any other relevant details. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, ship the items to the above address using your preferred courier. Refunds are not eligible if returns have not been requested for approval by email. Any shipping fees placed with your order will also not be refunded. Please note that return shipments are at the customers expense. We highly recommend keeping proof of postage after sending the return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at modishedit@gmail.com.

Cancellations

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once placed. However once received your order, you can return for a refund.

We currently do not offer any exchanges.
